How does it Work?
Regular Full-Time Positions:
Bonus: $500
Payment Schedule:
- $200 after 90 days
- $300 remainder after 6 months
Regular Part-Time Positions:
Bonus: $300
Payment Schedule:
- $100 after 90 days
- $200 remainder after 6 months, provided individual completes at least 100 hours and meets performance criteria without any corrective action.
Summer/Seasonal Positions:
Bonus Structure:
- $200 for referrals starting in April/May and working through Labor Day.
- $100 for referrals starting in June and working through Labor Day.
- $50 for referrals starting in July and working through Labor Day.
Payment Condition: Paid out after the season ends, subject to meeting performance requirements.
