Born and raised on the beautiful island of Jamaica, Patrick was given the opportunity by Anthony “Devon” Darling, the Food and Beverage Manager at the Tryall Club in Hanover, Jamaica to be a busboy. After 2 years, he got the chance to come to the USA, where he became a server at the Broodmoor hotel in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Three seasons later, Crowne Plaza, now Sonesta, was gifted with his experience and knowledge as a server/bartender. He found his calling in the Food and Beverage industry and as such, he worked at Omni Resort, Marriott Resort and truly honed in on his talent when he went to work at Belfair Plantation where his career was nurtured under the skillful guidance of Jenn Paciotti. He is multifaceted and has worked as a cook and kitchen Manager at Outback Steakhouse in Bluffton, SC. Patrick joined the Club in 2019 and has developed a great relationship with the membership that will last a lifetime. ONE LOVE.
